J’ai pu profiter d’une super formation qui m’a permis le passage de l’examen en une seule fois . L’accueil est à l’écoute, attentive de nos demandes ainsi que les moniteurs (mes préfères sont Mathis et Mathilde ) . Ils sont très encourageants , attentif et à l’écoute ce qui est très important pour moi surtout il ne mettent pas la pression !!! Je vous conseille l’ECF pour vos formations au permis .

I cannot rate this driving school lower than 1 star, but if I could, I definitely would. While the teachers and teaching methods for the code exam were good, the administrative and reception team was the worst I’ve ever encountered. It took me over two years to obtain my driving license due to their constant mismanagement and misinformation. In May 2022, during my initial inquiry, I was wrongly told that I couldn’t enroll without updating my address on my titre de séjour. After consulting the prefecture, I learned this was unnecessary. Upon returning to ECF, the staff had changed, and the new receptionist said it was fine to proceed. I finally enrolled in August 2022 and requested the English code exam. I was told the next available session with a translator would be in December, but the translator wasn’t available. They postponed the exam to January 2024 , then March, and finally scheduled it for April 2024. Unfortunately, I failed the first attempt and asked for a reschedule, but was told it could take another six months. I eventually managed to pass through an external center in Grenoble. Then asked for driving lessons schedule, they said they are full and took more 2 months to schedule driving lessons. The driving lessons were quite good but teacher was rude and strict, and they initially recommended 13 lessons for an automatic car. Once lessons started, they insisted I needed far more (24 hours or more) and pushed for additional lessons, making it clear they wouldn’t guarantee a passing recommendation otherwise. After passing the driving exam, they demanded additional fees for the license administration process, despite earlier assurances that no extra charges would apply. This school is not only slow and inefficient but also feels exploitative, especially for English-speaking students. I later discovered other agencies that offer better training and a much faster process. I do not recommend this driving school. Save yourself the frustration and choose a better, more professional option.

Moniteurs bienveillants, patients et très professionnels, accueil chaleureux, vraiment une équipe humaine et au top ????, avec des conseils personnalisés et pertinents. Je vous recommande cette auto-école

J’ai obtenu mon permis, ainsi, je souhaiterais remercier Nicolas mon moniteur pour tous les conseils et explications qu’il a pu me donner car cela a été bénéfique. Je vous recommande fortement. En vous souhaitant une très bonne continuation à vous et vos élèves.

Moniteur impeccable respectueux apprends bien donne bien des leçon puis ils font confiance au élève franchement rien à dire tout ce que j’ai à dire ces merci mille fois et a très bientôt pour d’autre leçon
